Passendo is a SaaS company specializing in email ad serving, empowering leading media houses and publishers to optimize their newsletter advertising and maximize revenues. With offices in Copenhagen and Belgrade, you'll be based in a penthouse office in Belgrade's center, regularly traveling to Copenhagen for collaboration and team building, and potentially joining our international sales-related travel tours.


This unique sales position in our fast-growing scaleup involves booking meetings and nurturing relationships with innovative media companies worldwide. You'll work closely with experienced team members, developing your sales skills quickly.


As a Junior Account Executive, you'll manage the entire sales cycle from meeting to closure, dealing with advanced stakeholder management and building business cases to demonstrate the ROI on the tech.

Your profile

Your Mission and Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B SaaS sales through email, social selling, and cold calling.

  • Utilize multiple channels to showcase offerings and educate prospects.

  • Own the sales process in its entirety.

  • Autonomously handle qualification processes and demos.

  • Maintain CRM data hygiene; HubSpot experience is a plus.

  • Track and forecast sales activities; meet or exceed targets.

  • Engage in periodic reviews with the manager for growth opportunities.

Your profile:

  • Previous SaaS sales experience, dealing with stakeholder management and handling client conversations with a consultative approach. Experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager is preferred.

  • High energy, motivation, and performance-driven attitude. 

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

  • Exceptional English communication; other languages are a plus.

  • Proactive, passionate, and persistent in challenging markets.

  • Cultural fit with the team and company values.
