Passendo is a SaaS company specializing in email ad serving, empowering leading media houses and publishers to optimize their newsletter advertising and maximize revenues. With offices in Copenhagen and Belgrade, you'll be based in a penthouse office in Belgrade's centre, regularly travelling to Copenhagen for collaboration and team building.


This unique sales position in our fast-growing scaleup involves booking meetings with innovative publishers, internet portals and media companies worldwide. You'll work closely with experienced team members, developing your sales skills quickly.


As a sales development representative, you'll generate new business opportunities, potentially progress to Junior Account Executive, and one day manage the entire sales cycle from meeting to closure.

Your profile

Your Mission and Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B SaaS sales through email, social selling, and cold calling.

  • Utilize multiple channels to showcase offerings and educate prospects.

  • Collaborate with the operations team for lead generation and qualification.

  • Maintain CRM data hygiene; HubSpot experience is a plus.

  • Track and forecast sales activities; meet or exceed targets.

  • Engage in periodic reviews with the manager for growth opportunities.


Your profile:

  • Aspiring to master SaaS outbound sales.

  • Previous sales experience, especially in SaaS, is a plus.

  • High energy, motivation, and performance-driven attitude.

  • Proactive, passionate, and persistent in challenging markets.

  • Exceptional English communication; other languages are a plus.

  • Cultural fit with the team and company values.
